Position Objective: To serve with the College Associate to reach more college students and young adults in SWMO with the gospel. To see the vision of our ministry: college students throughout SWMO seen by, satisfied in, and surrendered to Jesus come to fruition by increasing excellence in our social media and campus engagement.

Position Description: Plan, create, and execute a social media strategy that embodies the vision, mission, and core values of Fellowship College. To raise up campus leaders and volunteers to see more Young Adults, not just Christians, but disciples who know and follow Jesus, are being changed by Jesus, and are committed to the mission of Jesus.

Qualifications:

• A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, growing personal relationship with Him.
• Commitment to moral purity.
• Live out the vision and mission of Fellowship Bible Church in personal life.
• Demonstrated excellence in developing and leading leadership teams.
• An ability to manage multiple teams and projects concurrently.
• Task-oriented and good follow-through on projects 
• A commitment to excellence in organizational communication 
• Including clear, detailed communication to volunteers 
• A self-starter
• Passion for personal ministry outside the walls of the church

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ.
• Live out the vision and mission of Fellowship Bible Church in personal life.
• Improve social media presence 
  • Planning a system for capturing moments from Monday Nights, community nights, etc. 
• Assist in leading teams of YA leaders. Ex: Social Media, Creative team, volunteers
• Lead in various operations as needed for Mondays in the Mix (flow of night, set up, tear down teams, prayer teams)
• Assist in executing Abide 
• Assist with welcome week planning and logistics
• Released Podcast
• Assist in pioneering new projects/events (fun informal gatherings)
• Other duties as assigned
