About Fellowship
God is moving at Fellowship. As we have lifted our eyes to the goodness of the Good News of the Gospel over and over, God, in His grace, has been changing lives in our midst. We are seeing the next generation transformed by the gospel in our Kids Life Ministry, our Student Ministry, and our Young Adults Ministry. We are seeing families transformed through weekly Life Groups of 10 to 15 people meeting all across our area. We are seeing lives changed through Discipleship Groups, Men’s Bible Studies, and Women’s Bible Studies. We are seeing followers of Christ equipped to follow Jesus for a lifetime through equipping ministries. God is moving!
The staff at Fellowship Bible Church is a dynamic team of men and women who love the Good News of the Gospel and who love bringing that Good News to our community. We are committed to being strengthened by the grace that is in our Savior. And, we are committed to faithfully pointing our church to that grace as well.
Those who are called to staff at Fellowship Bible Church are personally and professionally committed to the mission and vision of the church. Because this is true, being on staff at Fellowship Bible Church involves personal development in our core values of gospel, truth, love, and together. It also involves professional development as we seek to steward our church's resources as effectively and powerfully as we can.
We ask staff at our church to be in agreement with our statement of faith as well as committed to the mission and vision of our church. We further ask our staff to be accountable to the elder team of the church and one another in faithfully fulfilling the role to which God has called us.

Job Opportunities
Fellowship College Director
To serve with the Growth Director to reach more college students and young adults in SWMO with the gospel. To see the vision of our ministry: “College students throughout SWMO seen by, satisfied in, and surrendered to Jesus” come to fruition. This person will build a robust campus presence through evangelism and discipleship and serve as the primary teacher on Monday nights.

Event Childcare Team
Provide safe, welcoming, and attentive childcare during church events such as Bible studies, membership classes, special dinners, and other gatherings. This flexible, event-based role supports families while helping create a great experience for every guest and child. Paid per event, not full-time staff.

Please note this is a "support-raised" position.
