Position Objective: To serve with the Growth Director to reach more college students and young adults in SWMO with the gospel. To see the vision of our ministry: “College students throughout SWMO seen by, satisfied in, and surrendered to Jesus” come to fruition. This person will build a robust campus presence through evangelism and discipleship and serve as the primary teacher on Monday nights.

Position Description: Oversee the following in collaboration with the Growth Director: College Associate, College Residents, College Interns, and the Leadership Teams. Onboard new leaders with the help of the College Associate and help develop current leaders to become disciples of Jesus who make disciples on their campus and in their calling. 

Qualifications:

1. A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, growing personal relationship with Him.
2. Commitment to moral purity.
3. A commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Fellowship Bible Church.*
4. Demonstrated excellence in developing and leading leadership teams.*
5. An ability to manage multiple teams and projects concurrently.
6. A commitment to excellence in organizational communication.*
   1. Including clear detail communication to volunteers 
7. A self-starter.
8. A vision-driven leader 
9. Ability to teach the Bible with confidence and contextualize it to the average college student in large and small group settings
10.   Passion for personal ministry outside the walls of the church
11.   Available outside of traditional 9-4:30 hours
12.   An ability to manage budget and resources responsibly
13.   An ability to plan and execute events with excellence

Responsibilities

1. Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ.*
2. Live out the vision and mission of Fellowship Bible Church in personal life.*
3. Serve as supervisor of the College Associate and college residents.
   1. Including initiating one-on-one meetings with each staff member and ensuring each resident is making the most of their particular gifts in their particular ministry context. 
4. Execute and improve the excellence of existing leadership/volunteer systems. 
   1. Collaborate with the College Associate to revise the system for recruiting and equipping the college leaders 
5. Provide oversight for and ensure the excellence of College Leadership Teams.*
6. Directional leader of the college ministry by providing vision and content for:
   1. Monday College Nights 
   2. Fall Retreat 
   3. Abide
   4. Welcome Week
7. Lead the College Team in pioneering and executing culture-building and outward-facing events for the College ministry.
8. Model and equip campus evangelism and outreach on a weekly basis.
9.   Personally disciple and develop key leaders in the ministry.
10.   Help connect students into the broader life of the church.
11.   Other duties as assigned.
