Fellowship College Outreach Resident

Position Objective: The FC Outreach Resident will serve with the College Associate to see more college students in our city and area reached with the gospel of Jesus. The Outreach Resident will cultivate a clear campus presence at Missouri State University, Drury University, and OTC. He or she will create and lead teams to develop volunteer leaders to live missionally on and off campus, during and after college.

He or she will help equip other college students or young adults to reach their community with gospel influence. Examples of equipping may include: intentionally creating a culture of evangelism, leading teams of outreach, etc. The FC Outreach Resident will provide an attractive front door for young adults to walk into a Gospel-centered community.

Qualifications:
- A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, growing personal relationship with Him.
- A commitment to moral purity.
- A commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Fellowship Bible Church.
- The ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
- A self-starter.
- The ability to develop and manage a team of volunteers.
- The ability and willingness to share his/her faith
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ.*
- Live out the vision and mission of Fellowship Bible Church in personal life.*
- Serve with the Fellowship College staff team to plan and execute our large group gatherings (Mondays at 1st and Calvary)
- Spend a minimum of two full work days per week on campus building relationships with new students and current leaders.
- Build and lead teams of young adult volunteers and leaders to see more young adults in our area engaged with the gospel.*
- Develop existing leaders and raise up new leaders at the Missouri State University and Drury University campuses.*
- Provide assistance and support for Growth Department events such as: Abide, Released Leadership Conference, and Men’s Conference etc.
- Serve as the Missions Team Liaison
- Help the missions team create systems for sending more missionaries and caring for current missionaries
- Provide assistance and support during missions week and other missions initiatives at Fellowship Bible Church
- Provide leadership to various church-wide initiatives as assigned by the Directional Lead Pastor.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
