God is moving at Fellowship!
We have spent a lot of time celebrating the goodness of God's grace for us as a church. He has blessed us in a thousand ways, and we don't deserve any of it. And, now, we get to look forward to what God has planned for us next!
I am unbelievably excited about where the Lord is leading us, and I cannot wait to step into it together with you.

The Vision
This is a meaningful moment for our church family—celebrating where God has been at work, sharing vision for the future, and walking through an important announcement as we move forward together.
If you weren’t able to be with us, or if you’d like to revisit the heart and direction that was shared, we invite you to watch the video. This is an opportunity to hear clearly where we believe the Lord is leading Fellowship and to begin dreaming together about what’s next.
We are deeply grateful for God’s faithfulness and excited to step into the future He has prepared for our church—together.

Addressing Current Challenges

Our Prayer
Our prayer for March is that 100% of those who call Fellowship home would clearly hear from the Lord—and that 100% would step forward into the next season of Fellowship’s life, faithfully following whatever He calls them to do.
During that month, we will invite our church family to give sacrificially and joyfully. As we often say in our Home Membership Class, we don’t seek equal gifts; we seek equal sacrifice. Still, our vision is far bigger than giving alone. Our deepest desire is that every person in our church would hear from God and respond in obedience.
As we move into 2026, you can begin to give toward this vision. Generally speaking, we would encourage people to journey with us over the next several months, hear from the Lord about how He wants you to be involved, and then faithfully follow that call.

See You Soon!
Starting in March, we will spend five weeks seeking to hear from the Lord together as a church—praying and discerning what He is calling us to do in such a time as this.
While this season includes what has traditionally been called a capital campaign, our greatest desire is something deeper:
that every person in our church family—beginning with us—would press further into our walk with the Lord, listening for His voice and responding in faith.
We believe God wants to meet us personally and corporately during this time.
Save these dates on your calendar, and join us as we seek the Lord together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are we expanding the size of the current worship center, or is it a new center altogether? If new, what will this current space be used for?
Our hope is to build a new facility to the south of our current worship center. We are working with the architect to best utilize our current worship center, remodeling it to be a multi-use space where we can effectively minister to kids and students, as well as provide space for various classroom and discipleship functions.
What is the seating capacity of the new worship center?
We will be seeking to double our capacity in both Kidslife and in our Worship Center. The new Worship Center would have a seating capacity between 1100 and 1200.
Will you expand the office spaces and staff?
Yes and yes. We are working with an architect to remodel our current facility, which will expand our current office spaces. We will continue to evaluate our staffing needs and address those needs as they arise in this next season.
Will the new worship center have any impact on Justin Stringer’s strong pullover game?
No, you can bet on a consistent diet of quarter zips and vests from our Directional Lead Pastor.
How will this new space impact our church’s passion for discipleship?
Of course, Hebrews 10:25 makes it clear that gathering with God’s people in worship is an essential part of the discipleship process. In addition, our passion for discipleship will not change. In fact, several spaces in our renovated facility will be used to multiply the discipleship process within our church.
"not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrew 10:25

What are we going to do about our parking issues?
We are working with an engineer and an architect to maximize our current parking and expand across the street, adding 300 to 350 spaces. We would then provide a shuttle service for those who park across the street.
We are also working with the highway department to help with the flow of our parking lot, which may help in the short term.

Is there going to be any change to the intersection of Farm Road 205 and HWY 60?
We are currently working with the highway department on how parking and our building will affect Farm Road 205. With respect to Hwy 60, we would encourage you to make use of the ramp at Hwy 60 and NN.
What are we going to do with the land across the street?
We are thankful to the Lord for the land He has provided at Fellowship Farm. The Lighthouse Chargers will continue to use the football fields for practice. We will continue to utilize the pavilion for various church-wide events. In addition, we will use part of the land to expand our parking lot and provide shuttle service.
What is the initial cost estimate?
We have received verbal estimates that range from $8 million to $12 million for the project. We will have better cost estimates soon after our architect completes the plans, and we have interviewed potential general contractors.
What is FBC's approach to debt and how would you finance / pay for the project?
Our desire is to use all available resources to get the gospel to as many people as possible, and we are comfortable taking on an appropriate amount of debt.

When is the intended start of construction?
We would love to start construction as soon as possible. But in wisdom, there are several steps we need to take first. These steps will include the Fellowship Forward Campaign. We are also in the process of getting a conditional use permit from the county. We would love your prayers on both fronts.
What is the timeline for this project from start to finish?
General Contractors have given us projections ranging from 12 to 18 months from the groundbreaking, but we should have greater clarity as we get further into the process.
Should we wait until the public launch day in March to tell others about the future plans?
We would invite you to be an advocate for our church. And, we are happy for you to share with whomever and whenever you would please. You can advocate for Fellowship and share openly.
Can people give now towards the building fund?
Yes, you can give at fbclife.org/give and choose Fellowship Forward from the drop-down menu, if you feel led. Generally speaking, we would encourage people to journey with us over the next several months, hear from the Lord about how He wants you to be involved, and then faithfully follow that call.
What help do you need with the capital campaign?
Right now, we would invite you to begin praying as a family and asking the Lord how He wants you to be involved. We would also encourage you to advocate for our church. If you would like to be involved in leading some of the events that will be a part of Fellowship Forward, feel free to email Executive Pastor Justin Raby at justin.raby@fbclife.org.
Will service times change with the expansion?
The short answer is, "we don't know yet." However, we will likely change some service times upon completion of the project to provide more time between services and improve traffic flow.
What about church planting?
Our elder team has dreams of planting churches. However, as we have prayed and sought wisdom about that process, we did not want to rush a church plant to alleviate current space issues. That would likely result in planting an unhealthy church! We believe the first step that the Lord has laid before us is to expand our current facility.
Who is older, Justin Stringer or Justin Raby?
