Growth Associate

Position Objective: The Growth Associate will serve with the Life Group Director, and Young Adult Director, will oversee our men’s discipleship groups, and be the staff representative on the Men's Ministry Team to see members of Fellowship Bible Church grow in their love of the Gospel as Fellowship continues to grow as a church. He will help create and cultivate smaller, more intimate groups of growth so that more people in more places can experience life-changing communities throughout SWMO.
Position Description: To offer organizational support in the areas of assimilation, and event planning for all things related to the spiritual growth of members of Fellowship Bible Church (Life Groups, Men’s ministry/discipleship groups, and young adults) The Growth Associate will provide care for existing Life Groups and pioneer new Life Groups alongside the Life Group Director by recruiting, and equipping future leaders. The Growth Associate will provide oversight on key events for the Growth Department. This will include but not limited to: Abide, Released Leadership Conference, and Men’s Conference.
