Position Objective: To lead out, in a developmental capacity, the children and families of Fellowship Bible church. The Kidslife Coordinator will work alongside the Kidslife Director to equip and influence children and families with the truth of the Gospel.   

Position Description: This position will serve on the Family Ministry team and will help lead the children and families of Fellowship Bible Church. This position will also serve as a part-time member of the staff team.

Qualifications:

1. A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, growing personal relationship with Him.
2. A commitment to moral purity.
3. A commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Fellowship Bible Church.
4. The ability to work well with others on a team.
5. The ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines. 
6. The ability to take existing systems and make them better.
7. A willingness to serve behind the scenes without receiving up-front praise.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ.*
2. Live out the vision and mission of Fellowship Bible Church in personal life.*
3. In charge of spiritual direction/health of a leadership team.*
4. In charge of disseminating the spiritual vision/mission of the church.*
5. Serve in Kidslife as follows:
   1. Fulfill the Fellowship Kids leader schedule weekly.
   2. Updating and maintaining a master schedule weekly.
   3. Coordinate and staff all Fellowship childcare events.
   4. Be on-call for last minute sign-ups and needs for childcare events as well as weekend services.
   5. Assist in onboard training all new volunteer leaders.
6. Complete other tasks as assigned.
