Position Objective: To lead, in an operations capacity, the children and families of Fellowship Bible Church. The Kidslife Administrator works closely with the Kidslife Director to equip and influence children and families with the truth of the Gospel through a combination of spiritual leadership, operational excellence, and team development.

Position Description: The Kidslife Administrator is a full-time member of the Family Ministry Team, responsible for the day-to-day operations and ministry support of Fellowship Kids. This role ensures all environments and systems align with the church's mission to disciple children and equip families.

Responsibilities:
Spiritual Leadership & Culture
  • Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ.
  • Model and communicate the vision and mission of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Provide spiritual oversight and encouragement to Fellowship Kids volunteers and leadership teams.
Sunday & Weekly Ministry Operations
  • Fulfill and oversee the Fellowship Kids leader schedule weekly.
  • Restock classrooms with supplies and planned activities each week.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces and toys in Fellowship Kids classrooms.
  • Facilitate and maintain Kidslife safety and cleanliness guidelines on Sundays and throughout the week.
  • Create and execute plans for a consistent, gospel-centered childcare experience, including staffing, curriculum, and safety procedures.
Curriculum & Teaching Support
  • Following Kidslife Director's lead, organize and implement curriculum for weekend services.
  • Regularly prepare and teach in Kidslife.
  • Observe and support Kidslife teachers to maintain high standards of teaching and engagement.
  • Design and maintain stimulating classroom environments and Sunday experiences.
Team Leadership & Volunteer Care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers and childcare workers.
  • Lead and support the Fellowship Kids Events Managers team.
  • Schedule and communicate with volunteers for weekend services and special events.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
  • Manage budgeted items and oversee purchases related to Fellowship Kids.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of ministry materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of finances, check requests, childcare hours, volunteer screenings, and communications.
  • Keep current inventories of supplies and manage restocking schedules.
Event Planning & Family Ministry Support
  • Plan and execute Fellowship Kids events (e.g., VBS, Fall Carnival).
  • Encourage parents toward home-based discipleship as part of the Family Ministry vision.
  • Participate as an engaged member of the Family Ministry Team.
