Long-Term Mission Partner Application

Long-Term Mission Partners (actively serving longer than one year)
Fellowship Bible Church is intentional in sending and supporting long-term missionaries who focus on planting churches and making disciples for Christ. Our goal is to create a lasting impact for the gospel, centered on sharing Christ and building His kingdom.

Guidelines and Application Process
• Must be an active member of FBC for 6 months or longer
• Complete and submit the application to the Missions Team Board at least six months in advance of the date you are to enter the mission field
• Provide 2–3-character references
• Interview with the Mission Team Board and/or Missions Team member

The purpose of this section is to help us know you on a more personal level. We appreciate your authenticity.
Please have 2-3 character references emailed to missions@fbclife.org. People providing the reference need to include how they know you and length of time they have known you, as well as their contact information should we have questions.

Team Lead Funding Application

Short-term mission trips at FBC are focused on assisting the work of long-term missionaries and mission organizations as they minister to their specific mission fields. Additionally, these trips are also meant to encourage FBC members to become more passionate in using their talents and
resources they have to share the love of Christ around the world.

Guidelines for Eligibility and Application for Mission Trip Funding
  • Must be a leader of the mission trip.
  • Submit an application for financial support 6 months prior to departure
  • All short-term trips must collaborate with one of our mission partners. Any exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and approved by the Missions Team
  • Funding is to be used to offset the project costs for trip, not personal expenses of the trip
  • Funding amount is dependent on the size of the team and project, and is determined at the discretion of the Missions Team
  • Post-Trip Report must be submitted to the Missions Team within 30 days of returning
