Position Objective:  To ensure the proper use and maintenance of AVL systems for weekly services. To create an atmosphere of worship which encourages church attendees to boldly worship God. To equip volunteers to serve in AVL areas of Fellowship for the ministries of Fellowship. To shepherd volunteers and lead them to treasure Jesus more. To provide AVL services for outside events which use the campus of Fellowship. To ideate and execute new AVL ideas for Fellowship’s gatherings and events. To schedule, maintain, and advance the livestream volunteer team for Fellowship’s services.

Position Description: The Production Lead will be responsible for all use and maintenance of Fellowship Bible Church’s AVL equipment and software. The Production Lead will be responsible for the scheduling and equipping of volunteers as well as the growth of volunteer teams surrounding our AVL teams. The Production Lead will direct all AVL use for Fellowship’s gatherings and ministry events.

3. Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Fellowship Bible Church.
4. Demonstrate excellence as a spiritual leader. 
5. Proper understanding of the use and maintenance of AVL equipment. 
6. Skilled in interpersonal relationships and building teams.
7. Skilled in the use of technology associated with AVL equipment.
8. A self-starter who is able and willing to meet deadlines. 
9. Able to help create a yearly budget for new equipment, software, etc. 

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ.*
2. Live out the vision and mission of Fellowship Bible Church in personal life.*
3. Serve as a member of the creative team as needed. 
4. Develop, oversee, maintain, and grow the audio, video, and lighting ministries (including propresenter position).*
5. Recruit, train, schedule, and coordinate volunteer teams in AVL.
6. Direct the production of weekend services on Sunday mornings, and as needed.
7. Maintain AVL equipment and recommend necessary purchases and upgrades.
8. Responsible for stage setup changes for all services and rehearsals related to weekend worship services and midweek events.
9. Assist other ministry area leaders with AVL needs, training, etc.
10.  Oversee the specific stage preparation for each service, including stage design and equipment placement to ensure proper sound, lighting, and video.
11.  Complete weekly maintainers for Sunday gatherings such as; Planning Center volunteer scheduling, Propresenter, Onyx Lighting scenes, Stage Maintenance, etc. 
12.  Lead & Equip AVL volunteers to better serve and accomplish the mission and vision of FBC. 
13.  Monitor the spiritual health of volunteers and help disciple them and encourage them in their faith.*
