Mission Partner: Project Hope

What is Project Hope?

When Project Hope was first founded, our focus was to train and equip pastors. Although pastoral training is still a focus, much more has been added to our ministry. With the help of mission teams from all over the United States and our staff at HOPE Central, we have built over 3,000 homes for the poor in Nicaragua. We have also treated numerous patients through medical clinics in both Nicaragua and Haiti. Our ministry has expanded in many areas, but our mission to serve those in need while sharing the Gospel is as important as ever.
Mission: To Give HOPE locally and around the world by presenting the gospel of Jesus through relational ministry.
"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me." Matthew 25:35-36

How do I get involved?

Receive our Prayer Letter

Project Hope offers many opportunities to serve here locally in Springfield as well as international trips to Nicaragua and Haiti throughout the year.

How you can be praying:
  1.  Pray for the staff in Nicaragua, Haiti and the States. That they will have wisdom in the decisions being made, safety in their travels and that there will be fruit in the impact of their ministries.
  2. Pray for travel restrictions to ease and make traveling easier.
  3. Pray that God continues to stir in the hearts of those we minister to. That they can have the opportunity to hear about a HOPE that surpasses all understanding.
  4. Pray that people continue to support the ministry of Project HOPE.
