Are meals provided?

This year, we will be providing a light snack each evening rather than a full meal, as VBS runs from 6:30–8:00 PM.
Allergy information will be collected during registration, and we will do our best to provide allergy-friendly options so all children can safely enjoy snack time.

What if my child needs special assistance?

Our Access Ministry team is available to support any child who needs special assistance. During registration, please complete the question labeled “Does your child need any accommodations?” so we can provide your child with the best care possible.

What should my child wear? Will there be water games?

Athletic clothes and sneakers are encouraged.

All programming will take place inside our Worship Center this year. While we won’t have water games during VBS, there will be outdoor games and activities available for use before and after the program, as well as plenty of dancing and games throughout the evening.

Can I register my child if I don't attend Fellowship?

Yes! We would love for you to join us.

What if my child is nervous about participating?

We encourage participation from all of our kiddos, but all volunteers will strive to make all kids feel safe and welcome.

What if my child has allergies or medical concerns?

If your child has allergies or any medical concerns, please indicate the type in the "Allergies" or "Medical Concerns" box during registration. On the first night, please meet with the medical professional we have available to discuss epi-pens, medications, etc.

When/where do I drop-off & pick-up?

Starting at 6:00 PM, outdoor games will be available for children to enjoy outside the closed doors while waiting for check-in.

Check-in begins at 6:20 PM in the main lobby, and parents must walk their children in. For security, doors will lock at 6:40 PM.

Pick-up is from 8:00–8:15 PM. Contact information will be posted on the front doors if you need access to the building before pick-up.
